ONE:

  • can of tomato soup
  • can of water
  • onions
  • butter
  • Swiss cheese

Melt butter. Cook onions slowly until translucent. Add canned soup and stir in water. Tear up or shred some Swiss cheese into it. Bring SLOWLY to simmer and serve.

TWO:

  • two small or one large can tomato sauce
  • herbs of choice–oregano, garlic, onion powder, whatever
  • butter and onions, if you want
  • sharp cheddar cheese

If using real onions, melt butter and cook onions slowly until translucent. Add tomato sauce and other herbs/spices. Break up or shred some cheddar cheese and bring SLOWLY to simmer and serve.

THREE:

  • can of diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano

Heat and eat. Add white beans, if desired.

All quick, easy and cheery and delicious on gloomy days.
